We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The arrival was quick and easy, and the staff were incredibly friendly and generous. We were stuck in the city after a delayed flight, but they managed to book us a room in less than 30 minutes. The hotel offers excellent standard rooms at a low cost price. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, with the rooms being cleaned every day. The modern bathrooms were a highlight, with good pressure and temperature regulation in the shower and taps. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was right in the center of everything and close to the city center. Additionally, it was conveniently located near a metro station, making transportation easy.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in the heart of the city. The location was absolutely perfect, with the bus station right outside and the metro station just a short stroll away. It was so convenient for getting around and exploring the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I particularly loved the modern bathroom. It had all the basic amenities I needed and felt very stylish and well-maintained. The staff at the hotel were also very friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had everything I needed during my stay. Lastly, the breakfast offered at a nearby partner hotel was fantastic, with a great selection of delicious food to start the day off right.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay comfortable. The room was modern and had a lovely bathroom. We loved the location - a quick walk to the Elbe and the Portuguese district. There were plenty of opportunities for snacks and drinks at nearby bars with live music. We also appreciated the complementary towels and daily room cleaning.

The area could be pretty loud at night, but it was to be expected given the nearby bars and clubs. Additionally, it was a bit difficult to find the hotel as it was located above a row of shops.

The room also had a safe for added convenience. I appreciated the paid parking option just a few minutes away. Despite being located on Reeperbahn, the room was surprisingly quiet. The hotel had a nice decor with a fan and pleasant lighting. I would highly recommend this hotel for my next trip to Hamburg.

Although I had a great stay, there were a couple of drawbacks. The shower design in the bathroom wasn't well-thought out, as water tended to go everywhere on the floor.
